Expiry and refunds

If the package doesn't come together, the client gets the remainder back.

When a package expires

  • A required supplier hasn't accepted by the acceptance deadline.
  • The booking hasn't confirmed by the confirmation deadline.
  • The final expiry has passed.

Who gets what

Suppliers who accepted (and replaced suppliers who had accepted) are credited their paid hold fee. The rest of the client's funding is credited back to the client and paid out to their payout account. The total of paid holds can never exceed the hold-fee cap the client approved.

Who triggers it

Anyone can expire an expirable package. While a booking page is open, Setlo asks the relayer to do it; the page also shows an "Expire and refund now" button.
