What each amount in a package means.
Per slot
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Deposit | Credited to the supplier when the booking confirms. |
| Paid hold (part of the deposit) | Earned when the supplier accepts. Kept even if the booking later expires. Can't exceed the deposit. |
| Balance | Credited to the supplier when balances are released after the event. |
Per package
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Agency fee | Credited to the agency when the booking confirms. It's the agency's income, shown openly to the client. |
| Hold-fee cap | The most the client can lose in paid holds, including suppliers who were replaced after accepting. |
| Required funding | Deposits + balances of every slot + agency fee + hold fees already earned by replaced suppliers. |
Setlo's own fee
None. Setlo takes no cut in this version and pays the network fees for clients and suppliers.
