Deadlines
Every package carries its own timers, enforced by the contract clock.
Timers
| Timer | What happens when it passes |
|---|---|
| Suppliers accept by | If a required supplier hasn't accepted, the package can be expired. |
| Booking confirms by | If the booking hasn't confirmed, the package can be expired. |
| Final expiry | Hard limit. No change can push any deadline past it. |
| Event date | Cancel after confirm is no longer possible; the client can release balances. |
| Review window | After event date + review window, anyone can release balances. |
| Minimum response time | After a supplier change, the acceptance deadline moves out so people get at least this long to respond, never past the final expiry. |
