The words Setlo shows and what they mean onchain.

| Shown | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting for client funding | Open; the client hasn't funded the current version. |
| Changed · client must approve again | Open; the package changed after funding. |
| Funded · n of m required accepted | Open; waiting for suppliers. |
| Ready · waiting for the client to confirm | Open; auto-confirm is off and everyone accepted. |
| A required supplier declined | Open; the agency can replace them before the deadline. |
| Confirmed | Deposits and agency fee credited; balances held until after the event. |
| Event held · balances waiting | Confirmed, event date passed. |
| Balances released | Released; every booked balance credited. |
| Cancelled after confirmation | Cancelled; unreleased balances credited back to the client. |
| Expired | Expired; remainder credited to the client minus earned holds. |
