Confirmation and release

Confirmation

When the last required supplier accepts and funding covers the package, the booking confirms (automatically, or when the client presses Confirm). Each accepted supplier's deposit and the agency fee are credited and paid out. Unaccepted optional slots are refunded to the client.

After the event

The client releases supplier balances from the booking page. If they don't, anyone can release them once the event date plus the review window has passed; an open Setlo page asks the relayer to do it automatically.

Before the event date, the client can cancel a confirmed booking. Deposits already paid stay with the suppliers; balances go back to the client.
